Racist imagery just fine as long as liberals are doing it. UPDATED
Via LGF I found this entry over at Huffington Post. The rant about how Joe Liberman must be destroyed, politically, is headlined with a photoshopped picture of Bill Clinton in big, heavy sunglasses standing, arm over the shoulder, with Joe Liberman in blackface.
I kid you not. If the same image had been posted at RedState or on Hugh Hewitt‘s site, the moonbats would have been frothing at the mouth demanding retractions, apologies, and castrations of the offending conservatives on pay-per-view. Maybe even C-SPAN. But let this kind of racist crap happen on a liberal site and, hey, that’s just dandy. Free speech and all that. Besides, it’s racism in pursuit of that holiest of liberal goals: the demeaning, attempted marginalization, and utter defeat of anyone even remotely associated with the non-extreme moonbat left.
Want to know where the real racists are, ladies & gentlemen? I give you the Left. Remember that on election day.
Update: Apparently HufPo didn’t like the kind of attention their racist crap was drawing. I guess it was just a little too obvious for them to take the heat over so they’ve pulled the photoshopped picture off their site. Didn’t do too good of a job with the post, however, since it still shows the photo’s attribution where the picture used to be.
First they put this kind of garbage on-line and then they try to sneak it back out and pretend it never happened. SOP over there, I suppose.

[...] As anyone who’s been awake for any period of time in the last week knows the Democratic primary in Connecticut is today pitting incumbent Joe Liberman against Kos/DU-backed Ned Lamont. As the saying goes, you can’t swing a dead cat around the blogosphere without running into commentary on that particular race. That’s been especially true since one of Lamont’s inner circle decided it was a good idea to put up a graphic of Liberman in blackface on the Huffington Post. While many have said that this primary is a point of critical mass for the Dems and that a victory by Lamont will put the rest of the elected Dems on notice to take a huge leap to the left, there are others who have said that’s already been done.
