US Army meets recruiting goal for 2006
Well, so much for another Democrat/DU/Kos talking point. Seems the US Army has made their recruiting goal for this year with a bit over a week to spare. That’s the best recruiting performance since 1997 and it’s during wartime when no one can reasonably say they don’t understand the chances of actually going into combat by enlisting.
The Army managed this turnaround by changing the financial incentives, the report time window, and increasing their recruiting staff.
