Census Bureau to ACORN: you’re out.
In the wake of 2 videos produced by an independent filmmaker showing employees of ACORN offering advice to supposed pimp and prostitute on how to lie to the IRS and evade law enforcement efforts, the US Census Bureau has announced that it will not partner with ACORN on the 2010 census.
Good to hear. ACORN had no business being involved in the census to begin with. I’m glad that Census has been made aware of ACORN’s nature.

This IS good to hear.
Their original involvement was even more disturbing in light of the discussion of bringing the census under the aegis of the White House, and flirting with statistical sampling instead of enumeration.
